It’s always helpful to read hotel reviews on Google and Yelp to learn what other guests traveling with pets have to say about their experience. Bring Fido is another great resource for getting more insight into what the hotel experience was like for dog owners before booking.
Understand the policies for bringing a pet to the hotel. These can include restrictions on where dogs can be in the hotel, whether they can be left unattended in the room or the time limit to be left in the room, additional cost if there is damage to the room or hotel, and leash expectations.
